A Flexible Bond Made for Foam Aircraft

Foam-Tac remains flexible after curing, helping bonded joints move with the airframe during normal use and hard impacts. It dries clear, will not foam or expand, and does not require a separate accelerator.

Recommended Application Method

Prepare the surfaces. Make sure both bonding surfaces are clean and dry.

Apply the adhesive. Spread a thin, even layer on both surfaces to be bonded.

Build the tack. Allow the glue to air-dry for a few seconds, press the parts together, and pull them apart. Wait a few seconds and repeat.

Complete the bond. Wait a few more seconds, align the parts carefully, and press them firmly together.

RC Building and Repair Applications

Airframe Assembly: Foam-to-foam joints and structural airframe sections

Repairs: Cracks, splits, and separated foam components

Hardware: Motor mounts, control horns, and control rods

Electronics: Attaching servos and securing lightweight equipment

Wire Management: Tacking down wires inside the airframe

Compatible Materials: EPP, EPO, Depron, Styrofoam, smooth and rough foam, balsa wood, carbon fiber, plastics, and additional hobby materials.

How Much Glue Should I Order? Twisted Hobbys recommends at least one 1 oz tube for most smaller aircraft and two 1 oz tubes for aircraft measuring 35 inches or larger.

Cure and Storage: Maximum bond strength is achieved within 24 hours or less. Allow important structural joints to cure before placing them under flight loads. Replace the white cap after use and store the tube at room temperature away from heat. Refrigeration or freezing is not required.

Great glue for just about any material

When you want a quick drying glue that can be used as either a contact adhesive or put together wet in faying surface joints, Glue Beacon Foam-Tac works great. The glue joint retains some flexibility and works on so many combinations of materials. Very good stuff!

I have used all types of glues and this stuff is great! If put on to heavy can slightly melt depron but this also makes a super strong bond. Will only use this for foamies.

This is the Best Glue for Building with EPP Foam and for making Hinges! I've used a lot of other Glues on EPP, Foam Tac is the Best for EPP! Been in the Hobby for 56 years!

This is my favorite EPP foam glue. Awesome stuff - not cheap but it works very well. Just a heads-up, you'll spend hours getting it off your fingers after you use it.
