WARRANTY / RETURNS INFORMATION


Returns and Exchanges: 

20% restocking fee will be assessed for all returned merchandise, provided it is unopened and in perfect retail condition ready for subsequent resale.  Product can only be excepted for returns if products is new/unused condition, original packaging and purchased with in the last 30 days.  Items returned that are not in retail condition may be rejected and sent back to you, postage COD, or, at our option. 

Defective products:
 
While Twisted Hobbys strives to deliver the highest quality products for our customers, at times things can go wrong.  This is why we offer a 30 day warranty on all products from the date of purchase.  If you are returning a defective item, please provide a detailed description of the products defect.  Our warranty does not cover issues due to misuse negligence, or normal war and tear.  If you have any questions process processing warranty situation, please feel free to contact our staff.  Repair service for non warranty issues are not available at this time.
 
Shipping Damage:
 
If you have a product that was damaged during shipping, please notify Twisted Hobbys immediately at info@twistedhobbys.com  It is very important to save ALL packing materials and paperwork, as well as the damaged products. The shipping company may need to see the packaging and pick up the damaged product.

Extra Notes and Information:

Please allow 10-15 days for processing your return.  Our staff will contact customer once goods are received and inspected.  No refunds nor credits for any returns that arrive more than 30 days from purchase date.  Depending on sales situation, restocking fees may be voided only as reimbursement via credit to customers Twisted Hobbys online account. 

Twisted Hobbys advises all customer return shipments should include tracking numbers and/or insurance for their packages shipped to us.  We does not reimburse for insurance, lost packages or return shipping fee.
