When a product page contains a specific restriction or requirement, that product specific information will apply to the purchase and use of that product.
Website and Account Use
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement to place an order. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for purchases made for or by a minor.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate account, billing, shipping, telephone, and email information.
You are responsible for protecting your account password and for activity conducted through your account. Please notify Twisted Hobbys immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Twisted Hobbys may refuse service, restrict account access, cancel an order, or close an account when reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, abusive conduct, policy violations, or unlawful activity.
Product Information
Twisted Hobbys makes every reasonable effort to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, compatibility information, and availability.
Product information may occasionally contain typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, or outdated information. We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information without prior notice.
Manufacturers may make reasonable changes to materials, components, packaging, graphics, dimensions, colors, or product specifications during production. Product photographs are provided for reference, and minor differences in color, printing, packaging, foam, hardware, or manufacturing appearance do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Customers should review the entire product description, specifications, required components, available manuals, and skill recommendations before purchasing.
Pricing, Tariffs, and Availability
All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices and product availability may change without notice. Current prices may reflect manufacturing expenses, currency exchange rates, freight costs, import tariffs, duties, and other costs associated with bringing products into the United States.
Promotional offers, discount codes, and sale prices are subject to their stated conditions and expiration dates. Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.
Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout based on the shipping destination and current tax requirements.
Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve the product or guarantee its availability.
Orders and Payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products shown in the order. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that the order was received but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.
Twisted Hobbys reserves the right to hold, modify, or cancel an order because of:
Product availability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Payment authorization concerns
Address or identity verification
Suspected fraud
Carrier or destination restrictions
Restricted or hazardous products
Website or checkout errors
When an order is canceled before shipment, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Orders paid through PayPal must generally be shipped to the address shown in the PayPal transaction. Customers should confirm that all payment and shipping information is correct before completing the order.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Fraud Prevention and Order Verification
Twisted Hobbys may hold an order while the customer’s identity, payment information, billing address, shipping address, or telephone number is verified.
We may contact the customer by email or telephone and request additional information before releasing an order.
Orders that cannot be reasonably verified may be canceled and refunded.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are subject to our current Shipping Information page.
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout using package dimensions, weight, destination, product type, and carrier rates.
Twisted Hobbys may change the selected carrier or service when necessary because of package size, destination, carrier availability, service restrictions, or delivery limitations. When reasonably possible, a comparable shipping service will be used.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery dates provided during checkout or by a shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and email address. Twisted Hobbys is not responsible for delays or additional expenses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.
Tracking information is normally sent by email after the shipping label is created. Customers should check spam, junk, and promotional folders when an order or tracking email is not received.
Twisted Hobbys is an online shipping warehouse. Local pickup is not available.
Delivered, Delayed, or Missing Packages
A package confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the address provided during checkout is not considered lost in transit.
Twisted Hobbys is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement occurring after confirmed delivery. We will provide available tracking and shipment information to help the customer work with the carrier.
Carrier investigations and required waiting periods must be completed before a replacement, refund, or account credit can be considered for a package believed to be lost in transit.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for confirming that the products ordered may legally be imported into their country.
The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, customs fees, and destination country charges unless specifically stated otherwise during checkout.
Twisted Hobbys is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, confiscations, import restrictions, or actions taken by customs or government authorities.
If an international package is refused, abandoned, or returned because required fees were not paid, all related shipping, brokerage, customs, duty, tax, and return expenses may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Returns and Exchanges
Please contact Twisted Hobbys before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
EPP aircraft model kits are not eligible for return or exchange.
Approved nondefective returns must be new, unused, unopened, complete, in the original packaging, and in suitable retail condition for resale.
A 25% restocking fee applies to approved nondefective returns. Products requiring additional testing, inspection, or repackaging may be subject to a higher restocking fee or may be refused.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable.
Certain advanced kits, clearance products, open box products, special orders, electronics, batteries, adhesives, and other products may have additional restrictions stated on their product pages.

30 Day Limited Warranty
Twisted Hobbys provides a 30 day limited warranty against manufacturing defects beginning on the date of purchase.
Customers must contact Twisted Hobbys with a detailed description of the problem. Photographs, videos, testing information, or return of the product may be required to confirm the issue.
Warranty coverage does not include damage or failure caused by misuse, crashes, improper assembly, incorrect installation, modifications, negligence, water exposure, incorrect programming, improper voltage, reverse polarity, excessive current, incompatible components, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product’s intended specifications.
Verified manufacturing defects are not subject to the standard 25% restocking fee.
Any additional manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s separate terms and procedures.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Product Inspection and Assembly
Customers should inspect all kits, products, parts, and electronics promptly after delivery.
Missing, damaged, or incorrect parts should be reported before assembly, modification, installation, or use whenever reasonably possible. Customers should keep the original shipping box, packaging, labels, and product materials until the order has been inspected.
Most aircraft sold by Twisted Hobbys are model kits that require assembly. Adhesives, electronics, batteries, chargers, tools, radio equipment, and other components are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.
Printed manuals are generally not included. Available instruction manuals, downloadable PDF files, build videos, replacement parts, upgrades, and related resources are located on the applicable product page.
The customer is responsible for reviewing and following all available instructions before assembly and operation.
Electronics and Component Compatibility
Product recommendations are based on standard configurations and information available at the time they are published.
The customer is responsible for confirming that motors, speed controls, servos, receivers, batteries, chargers, propellers, connectors, and other components are compatible and correctly installed.
Incorrect voltage, current, polarity, propeller size, battery selection, radio programming, servo travel, endpoints, stabilization gain, or receiver setup may damage electronics or create an unsafe operating condition.
Stabilization receivers and flight control systems must be programmed and tested correctly. Incorrect direction, gain, travel, or programming can cause servo damage, reduced servo life, loss of control, or damage to the model.
RC Product Safety
Radio controlled aircraft, boats, propellers, motors, batteries, adhesives, tools, and related products can cause property damage, fire, serious injury, or death if assembled, charged, programmed, or operated improperly.
These products are intended for responsible hobby use and should not be treated as toys unless specifically identified as such.
The customer is responsible for:
Proper assembly and installation
Preflight and preoperation inspection
Radio range and control testing
Battery and charging safety
Selecting a safe operating area
Maintaining a safe distance from people, animals, property, vehicles, and power lines
Following applicable aviation, boating, park, club, and local regulations
Obtaining appropriate training or experienced assistance when needed
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
Operation of a completed model is outside the control of Twisted Hobbys. The purchaser and operator accept responsibility for the safe assembly, setup, maintenance, and use of the product.
Lithium and LiPo Battery Safety
Lithium and LiPo batteries require special care and may cause fire, injury, or property damage when damaged, overcharged, short circuited, punctured, stored improperly, or used with incompatible equipment.
Customers must use an appropriate charger and follow the battery and charger manufacturer’s instructions.
Batteries should not be charged unattended. A swollen, punctured, overheated, physically damaged, or otherwise abnormal battery should not be charged or used.
Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, product descriptions, designs, and other original content appearing on TwistedHobbys.com are owned by or licensed to Twisted Hobbys Inc.
Website content may be viewed and used for personal, noncommercial shopping and informational purposes.
Content may not be copied, republished, distributed, modified, commercially exploited, or used to create competing listings or websites without prior written permission.
Product names, company names, and trademarks belonging to manufacturers or other companies remain the property of their respective owners.
Reviews and Submitted Content
Any review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content submitted to Twisted Hobbys must be truthful, lawful, and must not violate another person’s rights.
By voluntarily submitting content, you authorize Twisted Hobbys to display, reproduce, and use that content in connection with its website, products, customer service, and marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Twisted Hobbys may remove submitted content that is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, unrelated to the product, or contains private information.
Third Party Websites
TwistedHobbys.com may contain links to manufacturers, instruction videos, social media platforms, shipping carriers, payment providers, and other third party websites.
Twisted Hobbys does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices of third party websites.
Website Availability and Disclaimer
Twisted Hobbys makes reasonable efforts to maintain a secure, functional, and accurate website. However, uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, and error free operation cannot be guaranteed.
The website and its content are provided on an available basis. Product warranties are limited to the warranties expressly provided by Twisted Hobbys or the applicable manufacturer.
To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranty is limited to the duration of the applicable written limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty limitations, so these limitations may not apply in every situation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twisted Hobbys Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase, assembly, modification, installation, or operation of a product.
This may include loss of use, loss of data, lost profits, damage to other equipment, or damage resulting from improper assembly or operation.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Twisted Hobbys for a product related claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Events Outside Our Control
Twisted Hobbys is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fires, transportation interruptions, carrier delays, labor disruptions, government actions, customs delays, tariffs, import restrictions, supply shortages, internet outages, or payment system interruptions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, legal proceedings relating to these Terms or a purchase from Twisted Hobbys shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court serving Marion County, Florida.
Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be interpreted as closely as legally possible to its original purpose. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Changes to These Terms
Twisted Hobbys may update these Terms and Conditions as its website, policies, products, or business practices change.
