These Terms and Conditions include and incorporate our current Shipping Information, Warranty and Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, and the descriptions, warnings, requirements, and restrictions shown on individual product pages.

When a product page contains a restriction or requirement that is specific to that product, the product-specific information controls for that product.

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for purchases made for or by a minor.
• You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, shipping, telephone, and email information.
• You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity under your account. Please notify Twisted Hobbys promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
• Twisted Hobbys may refuse service, restrict access, cancel orders, or close accounts in cases involving suspected fraud, misuse, abuse, policy violations, or unlawful activity.

• We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, photographs, compatibility information, and availability information.
• Website information may occasionally contain typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, or outdated information. We may correct or update information without prior notice.
• Manufacturers may change materials, components, packaging, graphics, dimensions, colors, or specifications. Minor differences do not necessarily indicate a defect.
• Before purchasing, customers should review the complete product description, specifications, required components, manuals, and skill-level recommendations.

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Prices and availability may change without notice and may reflect changes in manufacturing costs, exchange rates, freight, tariffs, duties, or other import costs.
• Promotions, coupon codes, and sale prices are subject to their stated terms and expiration dates and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout based on the shipping destination.
• Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve the item or guarantee availability.

• Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.
• We may hold, modify, or cancel an order because of product availability, incorrect pricing or information, payment authorization, address or identity verification, suspected fraud, carrier or destination restrictions, restricted or hazardous products, or website and checkout errors.
• If an order is canceled before shipment, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• PayPal orders will generally be shipped to the address provided with the PayPal transaction. Customers are responsible for verifying all order information before submitting payment.
• Once an order is processing or has shipped, changes or cancellation may not be possible.

We may place an order on hold while verifying identity, payment, billing or shipping information, or telephone information. We may contact you using the email address or telephone number supplied with the order and may request additional information. Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled and refunded.

• All shipments are subject to our current Shipping Information.
• Shipping rates are calculated using package dimensions, weight, destination, product type, and available carrier services.
• We may change the selected carrier or service because of package size, destination, availability, restrictions, or carrier limitations. A comparable service will be used when reasonably possible.
• Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery dates and transit estimates are not guaranteed.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and email address. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
• Tracking information is normally sent after a shipping label is created. Customers should also check spam, junk, and promotional folders.
• Twisted Hobbys operates as an online shipping warehouse. Local order pickup is not available.

A shipment confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the address supplied at checkout is not considered lost. Twisted Hobbys is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement after confirmed delivery, but we will provide available tracking information to help the customer work with the carrier.

Carrier investigations and applicable waiting periods may be required before a replacement, refund, or store credit can be considered for a shipment believed to be lost in transit. Additional information is available on our Shipping Information page.

• The customer is responsible for confirming that an item may be lawfully imported into the destination country.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer is responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, and other destination-country fees.
• Twisted Hobbys is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, confiscations, import restrictions, or other government actions.
• When a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because required fees were not paid, all related costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

• Contact Twisted Hobbys before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• EPP aircraft model kits are not eligible for return or exchange.
• An approved nondefective return must be new, unused, unopened, complete, in its original packaging, and suitable for retail resale.
• Approved nondefective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items requiring additional testing, inspection, or repackaging may be assessed a higher fee or refused.
• Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable.
• Advanced kits, clearance or open-box items, special orders, electronics, batteries, adhesives, and other products may have additional restrictions shown on the product page. Complete requirements are provided in our Warranty and Returns Policy.

• Twisted Hobbys provides a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects beginning on the purchase date.
• Customers must contact us with a detailed description of the issue. Photographs, video, testing information, or return of the product may be required.
• The warranty does not cover misuse, crashes, improper assembly or installation, modifications, negligence, water exposure, incorrect programming, improper voltage, reverse polarity, excessive current, incompatible components, normal wear, or operation outside the product's intended specifications.
• Verified manufacturing defects are not subject to the standard 25% restocking fee.
• A manufacturer's warranty, when available, is separate and may provide different coverage or procedures.
• This limited warranty does not waive any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

• Inspect kits, products, parts, and electronics promptly after delivery.
• When possible, report missing, damaged, or incorrect parts before assembly, modification, installation, or use. Retain the shipping carton, product packaging, labels, and packing materials until the order has been inspected.
• Most aircraft products are kits that require assembly. Adhesives, electronics, batteries, chargers, tools, radio equipment, and other completion items are not included unless the product page specifically states otherwise.
• Printed manuals are generally not included. Available manuals, PDF build guides, build videos, compatible parts, and upgrade resources are normally linked on the product page.
• The customer is responsible for reviewing and following the applicable instructions and product information.

• Product recommendations are based on standard configurations and information available at the time of publication.
• The customer is responsible for confirming that motors, ESCs, servos, receivers, batteries, chargers, propellers, connectors, and other components are compatible and correctly installed.
• Incorrect voltage, current, polarity, propeller selection, battery selection, radio programming, servo travel, endpoints, gain, or receiver setup may cause damage or create an unsafe condition.
• Stabilization and flight-control systems must be programmed and tested correctly. Incorrect direction, gain, travel, or programming may damage servos, reduce component life, cause loss of control, or damage the model.

RC aircraft, boats, propellers, motors, batteries, adhesives, and tools can cause property damage, fire, serious injury, or death when improperly assembled, charged, programmed, maintained, or operated. These products are intended for responsible hobby use and are not toys unless expressly stated.

The purchaser and operator are responsible for:

• Proper assembly, installation, and inspection;
• Radio range, failsafe, and control-direction testing;
• Battery and charging safety;
• Selecting a safe operating area and maintaining safe distances from people and property;
• Following applicable aviation, boating, park, club, and local rules; and
• Obtaining appropriate training or assistance from an experienced operator.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Product operation is outside the control of Twisted Hobbys, and the purchaser and operator accept responsibility for safe assembly and use.

Lithium and LiPo batteries require special care and may cause fire, injury, or property damage when damaged, overcharged, shorted, punctured, stored improperly, or used with incompatible equipment.

• Use an appropriate charger and follow the battery and charger manufacturer's instructions.
• Never charge a battery unattended.
• Do not charge or use a battery that is swollen, punctured, overheated, damaged, or otherwise abnormal.

Unless otherwise stated, website text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, descriptions, designs, and original content are owned by or licensed to Twisted Hobbys. Website content is provided for personal, noncommercial shopping and informational use.

Content may not be copied, republished, distributed, modified, commercially exploited, or used for competing listings or websites without written permission. Third-party product names, company names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, and other submitted content must be truthful, lawful, and must not violate the rights of another person. By submitting content, you authorize Twisted Hobbys to display, reproduce, and use it in connection with our website, products, customer service, and marketing, subject to applicable law and our privacy practices.

We may remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, unrelated to the product, or that contains private information.

Our website may link to manufacturers, videos, social media, carriers, payment providers, and other third-party websites. Twisted Hobbys is not responsible for the availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices of those websites.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website secure, functional, and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will always be complete, current, or error-free.

The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Product warranties are limited to the express written warranties provided by Twisted Hobbys or the manufacturer. Where permitted by law, any implied warranty is limited to the duration and scope of the applicable written warranty. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twisted Hobbys will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use or from the purchase, assembly, modification, installation, or operation of a product. This includes loss of use, data, or profits; damage to other equipment; and loss or damage caused by improper operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for a claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Twisted Hobbys is not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, fire, transportation or carrier interruptions, labor disruptions, government actions, customs delays, tariffs, import restrictions, supply interruptions, internet outages, or payment-system interruptions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, any legal action must be brought in a court serving Marion County, Florida.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted as closely as possible to its intended purpose, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

We may update these terms as our website, policies, products, or business practices change. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Orders are generally governed by the terms in effect when the order was placed.
