      -All orders will ship USPS Priority unless they are oversize and or multiple models which will shipped UPS ground. Customers may request First Class Mail shipping for small parts orders only. *Please note this does not included batteries.
       
      -Shipping address will be created from customer's verified PayPal address unless otherwise noted. 

      -Tracking information will be received if customer includes their email address when completing an order.  Some email confirmations can be blocked or move to a spam folder, please check before contacting us or log into your PayPal account to check tracking link. 
       
      -Special shipping instructions can be subject to price increase please email us for more information.

    • Products that arrived in non-working condition please contact our customer service. Returns for any unused products must contact our customer service department. There will be a 20% restocking fee on returns.  Shipping fees on returns are not refundable.
