HM 32" EPP MX2 Toxic "SUPER-LITE" Review
It’s absolutely exceptional with how the Hacker Model's MX2 fly's, and the color scheme is super vibrant! Pictures don’t do it justice. The word needs to get out on this model as I believe it’s one of the best on the market, it’s super stable and flies on rails!! Below I've share some highlights of the build as well as beauty shoots and flight video! Enjoy! This was a fast and easy build on top of that. As the build log shows there isn’t much to it! All the parts are made so you

HM 32" EPP Edge 540 V4.1 Review
Upon opening the box, I was greeted with an absolutely beautiful model. The printing and colors present on the scheme is incredible. Super vibrant and high visibility colors. Lots of carbon for rigidity and the foam was of excellent quality. So as with all Twisted Hobbys planes, they are of great quality. Everything fit perfectly with zero trimming of foam required...as expectedBuild: The build was very straight forward and quite easy. As with any profile 3D foamy, always start with folding over

Veloxity .. Standing the test of time
Standing the test of time are the words I would use to describe my Twisted Hobbys 42” Veloxity. This model has been my favorite daily flyer for almost 7 seasons and 415 flights making it the longest model I’ve ever owned.Since the first season of flying the Velocity I’ve been telling club members that there was something different about this plane compared to other foam profile planes in the market. With its true airfoil style wing and generous control surfaces it flies more like a conventional

Twisted Hobbys Mini Edge 540 Review
You know what they say. Good things come in small packages. This is a proven fact with the Twisted Hobbys 24” 3D acrobatic mono planes. I chose to built the 24” Mini Edge 540. This model is a great flat foamie for indoor or calm backyard flying and can be built a just a few short hours. The 24” series are great planes to keep in the trunk of your car for lunch time flying. If you own the Twisted Hobbys 42” Edge they match and pair well together. The Mini Edge 540 builds similar to the other 24”-

Rc Factory's 39” EPP Puddle Star's "All Season" Review !!
The Ultimate All Season Flyer!
Do you like to fly all spring, summer, fall and winter? I believe the 39” Puddle Star fits this bill perfectly. The Puddle Star can fly off of water, grass and snow making it an ideal first seaplane.
The build was a little different than the standard flat fuselage models from Twisted Hobbys. The Puddle Star builds similar to a full fuselage balsa plane utilizing foam and wooden side servo plates to reinforce the wing saddle and wing mount. I prefer to use a

What do you get when you feed the popular Crack Yak after midnight? The all new Crack Yak 55 XL with a 43” wingspan, thick EPP construction, a stepped air-foiled wing design and plenty of power for Ultimate 3D performance. I have put hundreds of flights on my 32” Crack Yak and it was a no brainer that I knew I had to buy the Crack Yak XL when it was released. The Crack Yak 55 XL builds similar to the other 42”-48” mono planes from Twisted Hobbys. I like to use a foam building board, parchment pap

Ethan Ater's Super Extra L
Throughout the years of flying different air-frames, the Extra has always been my go-to for all around precision in XA and traditional low and slow 3D. The RCFactory 39” Super Extra Super lite really took this same performance and introduced it to the indoor foamy world, so when I heard that they were releasing an “L” version of the Super Extra I was thrilled! As expected, the Super Extra L is a precision and 3D machine! Not only does it perform great but it looks INCREDIBLE with the two availab

How to Set Center of Gravity on Twisted Hobbys Rc Airplanes
A very common question we are asked of our newer pilots is how to adjust the CG on their rc airplane models. Most all CG (Center of Gravity) location/measurements for each airplane model can be found in our manuals though there can still be confusion in how to set up and fine tune the cg. These recommended CG locations are the starting point for each pilots to use prior their maiden flight. This will give the model its closest to neutral cg allowing an easier flight control for

Rc Factory Clik 21 "Back with Vengeance"
I had always wanted to try one of Rc Factory's Clik model for some time now since I was always curious in trying an indoor pattern airplane. Being a 3D pilot I don’t have a lot of experience in pattern airplanes and F3P in general but always wanted to give it a try. The Clik 21 is definitely the way to go if you are in the situation that I’m in of not wanting to break the bank on a high end expensive F3P setup and spending all the time building and designing. With its simple and relatively quick
