Description

The R-EXTRA 260 is a premium indoor aerobatic model inspired by a real aerobatic aircraft. Designed with top pilot Radek Raja for the 2025 Indoor World Championships in Switzerland, it’s built for freestyle excellence.

Optimized proportions, advanced carbon reinforcement, and large control surfaces deliver exceptional rigidity, precision, and maneuverability—even in extreme aerobatics. Its larger wingspan and low wing loading make it accessible for less experienced pilots with reduced control surface deflections.  Specs:  Wingspan/Length = 900mm (35.5") wingspan ; 950mm (37") length. ;  AUW = 180-220g

    Perfection

This feels like peak performance from a foamie. I don't really see how it could be any better. With the Vertex power combo, there isn't another model to really compare it to. It is my go-to for extreme freestyle. At 35" it feels bigger than anything else I've flown in this category. The stiffness of the whole airframe makes inputs quick and precise, but it also slows down well for smooth, low flying. The build is not the best for a beginner, but it was straightforward and although I wish the pushrods had some adjustability, I get that the goal is performance. Being so thin and lightweight, it needs very little wind or a good indoor space.

Head over heels for how this one flies! So precise and floaty but has gobs of authority and turns on a dime! By far one of my favorite super lite airframes I’ve had the privilege of flying!
