Description

Crack Fokker Dr.1: 35-Inch EPP WWI 3D Triplane

The Crack Fokker Dr.1 combines the unmistakable appearance of a classic WWI triplane with the slow-flight capability and extreme aerobatic performance of the Crack Series. Envisioned by Steve Marble, designed by Cody Wojcik, and produced by RC Factory, it offers a flying experience unlike nearly any other EPP aircraft.

Its large wing area allows an exceptionally wide speed range, from surprisingly quick passes to extremely slow flight. Tight loops, quick axial rolls, hovering, knife-edge flight, and playful dogfighting are all part of the Crack Fokker’s unique personality. Independent aileron servos also allow optional flap mixing for even slower passes and tighter maneuvers.

Amazingly slow and fun to fly!

Posted by Andrew M. on Apr 5th 2025

I love all of my TH planes (currently 6) but this one holds a special place for being the 1st TH plane I ever got. For a very lightweight plane it has a big presence in the sky. This thing flies super slow which makes it great to practice new maneuvers. For anyone with the skill, guts, and willingness to repair it (repairs are easy!) this thing is crazy fun in high winds! I've flown it in 15mph + winds and it's cool to harrier backwards, land backwards, etc. etc. Every TH plane is amazing but I think this one might look the coolest. Enjoy!

    A 3D Pilots Dream Plane

Posted by Mark Roddy on Oct 29th 2021

If you could turn down the Physics in "the real world" like you can in a flight simulator. This plane would be the result. I have almost 100 planes from UMX to 72" from 3D to STOL. Nuthin in my fleet of planes fly's like this one. It has flown at Rhinebeck Jamboree and entertained myself and hundreds of others. With the most frequent response being "What?!?!?!?!" old_coastie

    Crack Fokker

Posted by Jay Shealy on May 21st 2018

If you want a plane you can fly in the smallest of yards, this would be it! Super slow and able to do anything 3D...even some things yet to be named. I have five various Twisted Hobbies Cracks and all fly very well, but this is the best so far.

    Great Flying Tripe

Posted by Duane Wright on Dec 2nd 2016

This is best flying in-door airplane I've flown. Flys fast or slow with very crisp control response. My new number one in-door bird.
