Description

Designed by Cody Wojcik, the Jabberwocky combines the versatility of a high-wing bush aircraft with the control authority and performance of a dedicated 3D model. Its fully airfoiled EPP wing, generous control surfaces, and 44-inch span deliver excellent presence, predictable sport flying, and aggressive aerobatic capability. Optional suspension landing gear and a dedicated float kit allow it to operate from rough fields, conventional runways, or water.

    Followup

Posted by Pappy on Oct 4th 2026

Followup review after a few flights: Maiden was with the spring-loaded bush landing gear, which add a little over an ounce. The weight can definitely be noticed in flying performance and flight time, but at least you don't have to worry about breaking the very light landing gear. Without the bush gear, a nose-high harrier landing would likely break it, so either land pretty lightly or install the bush gear and not worry. Having flown it both ways, I would rather not keep buying replacement gear, so I will re-install the bush gear and live with the performance degradation. This plane remains a keeper, and I will sell off my VA and RCF Cubs, since this plane flies vastly better.

    Very cool

I finally got one. The build went pretty well, but there are some issues with the instructions that could be improved greatly. Study, study and study the instructions before you glue things. Don't assemble the horizontal stab. upside down like I did because the instructions confused me. Parts fitment was good. Flight performance is outstanding. It really comes alive with crow or butterfly (flaps down, ailerons up and all mixed). It harriers very well in crow or with just the ailerons up, but not good at all in the normal configuration, even with a rearward CG. This thing essentially requires crow or butterfly for good 3D flight. Flight time is HORRIBLE with a 3S 850, so I wil go up to a 1,300 and try to get reasonable flight times, and I am VERY light on the throttle. Suggested match needs some tweaking. It's a keeper, but I did make labels for the gear that read "Fugly". :-P

    Jabberwocky

I absolutely love this plane. It is one of the easiest flying planes I have. It can get crazy if you want to. Tough as nails. The build is not very hard either. Love it so much. I bought a spare. because I push it pretty hard.

    Pretty stinkin’ cool!

Awesome airframe and pretty cool to see flying through the air! Large control surfaces for plenty of control and throw to go around. Fun fun! It can be a little difficult to get batteries in and out and the gear is a little flimsy, but nothing a little epoxy and some carbon mat can’t fix. Over all awesome plane!
