Description

The MXS-C from Twisted Hobbys and RC Factory is a next-generation Crack Series model designed by Cody Wojcik for high-energy 3D and XA flying. Optimized for 3S power, it delivers fast, precise response while remaining predictable and forgiving enough for pilots looking to advance their skills.

As part of our Standard Mono Series, the MXS-C is lightweight, durable, and easy to build. Pre-hinged control surfaces and a carbon-fiber truss system provide excellent rigidity and control during hovers, harriers, rolling maneuvers, and aggressive aerobatics. The kit includes the EPP airframe, carbon-fiber reinforcements, and control-linkage hardware.

It was my first build and I love this plane. It was fun to build and fly and it’s making me a better RC pilot

    Mind blown!

This was my first purchase from TH. I could not be more pleased with the the quick order confirmation and super fast shipping. The plane flies way beyond my expectations. I am fairly new to RC flying. I'm able to do things with the MXS-C that I never dreamed I could do considering my experience level. The build was just challenging enough to make it interesting. I am now a Twisted Hobbys fan and will definitely be a repeat customer.

    MXS-C

Posted by Norman Price on Jan 10th 2021

This is my 2nd 3D plane. The first one is about the same size. It has a 36 inch wingspan but is much heavier. 2.5 lbs. The only thing I learned to do with this plane is knife edge. I discovered Twisted Hobbys and decided to try the MXS-C. After less than two weeks, I now can harrier and hover, not like a pro but not bad.Every time I fly, it is more fun than the last time and I learn more. The only problem I had with the plane is the C.G., with a 2s lipo 450mah installed at the nose. The C.G. was at recommened spot. In flight, I found the plane very tail heavy. Had to add 3/4 oz of weight to the nose to get the plane to fly with a neutral C.G. This moved the C.G. 1/2 inch forward. Have ordered batterys that are 1 oz heaver so I can remove the weight and install the battery 1 or 2 inches back form the nose. Now I will have more flight time and more fun.

    MXS-C 32”

Posted by Gary Baecker on Sep 9th 2020

First of All: This is my first build of a 32” or under, and I will say this! My old eyes still stressed from the smaller items to deal with but, I’ve flown 3- batteries to this point and can hardly wait till the next time. I only have 3-batteries at this point and that’s just not enough. The build went really good, just dealing with the smaller parts, I worry about the snap pins on the end of the pushrods , both ends and the only reason for the worry is, never dealt with before. I’m hoping for a spare parts bag like the Revolto. Excited??? I am and for my age being excited is a good feeling and the support I get from Brad, always there to help. Just looking ahead for more flights Gary Baecker

Amazing 3D epp Rc plane!! I also have the crack yak but this plane blows the crack yak away with its new design and shorter tail linkages and extremely fast roll rates! Just awesomeness at its finest! Thank you twisted hobbys and of corse thanks to Cody!

This plane is extremely fun to fly and is suitable for beginners to experts. I’ve crashed mine more times than I can count and it keeps flying. I liked it so much I bought two!

    MXS series foamies

Posted by geno C on Mar 7th 2017

Flies very well however the foam is a little soft and bends very easily after a few flights causing necessary trim changes. I suggest a flat carbon fiber maybe 12" long to stiffen the bottom of the fuse where RX, esc and gear is located. Excellent flyer overall.
