Mini Edge 540: 24-Inch EPP Mini Series
The Mini Edge 540 is a compact EPP aerobatic aircraft developed through a collaboration between Twisted Hobbys and RC Factory. It brings the familiar flying character of the larger Edge 540 into a smaller and lighter airframe that is well suited for indoor flying, calm outdoor conditions, and smaller flying areas.
Its light wing loading provides controlled and predictable low-speed handling, making it approachable for newer pilots using reduced control rates. Increase the control throws and the Mini Edge 540 becomes a responsive 3D aircraft capable of hovering, harriers, rolling maneuvers, and energetic aerobatic flight.

We recommend Foam-Tac for the main EPP assembly and CA glue for installing the carbon-fiber reinforcement.

Twisted hobbys Rc Factory mini Edge 540
The perfect size flies amazing very easy build. I purchased mine with the crack power and electronics they all work excellent. Overall I am very pleased with the mini Edge 540 maiden. Shanon Rc OutLaw approved!!!!!

24" Edge 540
This little plane is awesome! Accidentally bought 2 (don't ask) tried to cancel but shipping was so fast I just kept it and ordered another power combo, Glad I did! Customer service is also awesome. Brad at TH answers every email and is very accommodating. I fried an ESC and after talking to Brad more than likely it was my fault but no questions asked he sent another out the next day. I can not say enough good about this company. Quality product, exceptional customer service, could not ask for more. I have 3 TH planes and am going to pull the trigger on a 43" Crack Yak soon! Wish I could buy all of them but the wife would probably divorce me. As far as the plane goes, small enough to fly around the front yard but really shines out at the field. Everyone always asks what it is and where I got it. Super responsive and handles mild wind with no problem. With the recommended power combo it's a little powerhouse. Almost limitless vertical. I would definitely recommend for a beginner, just dial down the rates and it's very docile but can still perform some amazing maneuvers. You won't be disappointed! Thank you to all the folks at TH!

Great Plane! Taught me to fly better.
I bought one of these in used condition at a swap meet. After changing out the receiver and adjusting the surfaces, it flew great! Easy aerobatics, fast or slow. It quickly became one of my favorites and one I took to the park every time I went. I feel like this helped wean me off of relying so much on gyros and panic buttons. After repairing it a few dozen times due to pilot error crashes, I retired the airframe, and will build a new one right away. Great little plane!

Great Little Tiny Model
Built this model in about 2hrs time. Great for indoor or calm yard flying. Perfect for acrobatic training without the worry of expensive crash costs! A+++

Kit goes to together very quickly...unfortunately, i haven't gotten a chance to fly as two servos was Defective. However, they guys at TH hooked a brother right on up no questions asked... Excellent customer care service!! I will be getting the Big 540 sooooon!!
